Eastercon FYI

OK - This doesn't seem to be sinking in to some people (this isn't directed at any one in particular BTW)..

We are now issuing membership numbers in the mid 900's :)

The Raddison is SOLD OUT of rooms for Orbital.

This means if you book now you won't be staying there.

There's a lot of names that we know are coming and are on my FLIST that haven't booked yet so won't be staying at the Con Hotel. You do need to book before the overflow runs out too - we mean it (it is at least only a couple of hundred meters up the road)...

On the Plus side it does mean Eastercon will be swamping the hotel so its gonna be Great.

Come with me if you want to live ....

If this posts strap line doesn't mean anything to you then you probably won't be interested in this. On the other hand if it brought back memories of a time before the terrible 'Rise of the Machines' you might be.

Terminator:The Sarah Connor Cronicles has started its run State side so is on the torrent network.

We watched the pilot (This being 8 or 9 of us at the summer BBQ) a few months back and it's certainly the strongest pilot/season opener Ive seen in a long time.

Highly recomended

Best of all - It effectivly wipes T3:ROTM from the timeline - worth it all by itself.

Oh and the above line even got a cheer from the assembled - first time thats happened at our place ...
