So .. I am

A:) Unwell ... gastric thingy with upset tummy, aches, hot flushes and stuff which has hung around for a week or so.
B:) Knackered, but still trying to make sure gaspodia is looked after.
C:) Generally pissed off about housing market which collapsed LITERALLY the day after we put my Mum's flat on sale.
D:) Pissed off with cheapskates who want cheap (read under 150 quid) pc upgrades of 6 year old PC's and want to know why they can't play DX10 games at 1900x1600 at 120FPS.
E:) Sick of having a 150 mile a day round trip commute to work.

Yes - i'm having a winge .. I'm feeling a little low. :(

A) It was coming upon you on Saturday. Sympathies.
B) Bless...
C) That's galling. Have you thought about renting it out? I know it won't bring in that chunk of money you would like, or draw a line under the matter so you won't have to think about it again, but perhaps better than leaving it empty and unsold. You don't have to pay inheritance tax on the value of the asset, I presume?
D) Chap on the radio today said he'd been told it would cost 200 quid to upgrade his computer. Ended up costing him around 400. He wished he'd just gone out and bought a new one. It's ridiculous when it's better to throw away perfectly functioning equipment.
E) Commuting always has killed me. I hate it when you're in a position when you have no choice. For me, I could either do the commute *or* I could do a full day's work, but I couldn't do both (certainly not those ghastly BBC 12hour shifts at TV Centre!)
F) There is no F. Apart from F******!!!!!!

I may see you when I pop round for Thursday's girls' night in. Otherwise, hope to see you soon.
