You shouldn't have told me, but not quite for the reason you imagined. :) narenek has just heard the brief version of my rant about Michael Landon (and is sympathetic, since his sister's also a LIW nut). I have the much better mini-series adaptation on dvd, and the (more based in reality) tv-movie saved to a HDD somewhere (but not here, must sort that out).
