gaspodeIs it just me or is 'Market Rates' IT recruitment consultants code for crap money you wouldn't get out of bed for.
Happily I seem to have found a couple of good ones and think I have a couple of job offers for money quite a lot higher than some of them are trying to convince me is the market rate (like 20K higher) ....
