So ... It seems the success of Sin City and 300 has convinced Warners that there is room for R rated comic book adaptions.

Snyder is to direct hot on the heals of 300, although it sounds like he is still having trouble explaining to WB that Watchmen is not Fantastic Four - oh well ... I'm suprised they got the rights off Gilliam

It'll either be really crap or really good all we can do is hope...

So, they're taking this as a hint that Rorsach will be appeared - I bloody hope so, given how fundamental he is to the story.

I still think it'll be doomed, though. They couldn't resist a Matrix-like fight at the end of V, and they'll want even more in Watchmen. But there just isn't space.
