So Flash Gordon ...

After a somewhat shakey start the last three episodes have in fact been quite good - It seems to be finding it's feet and getting a bit of a stride up ..

It's not perfect but its defo not all that bad. I think the writers want to be smuttier but aren't allowed to be ...


Oh and they even got a 'Weekend at Bernie's' joke in in episode 5 ...

And a good way (and good episode) to work the tree stump of doom in in ep 7 ...

Will watch when I get the chance. I have Simon downloading Numb3rs, I'm awaiting the new series of Supernatural, and I'm watching Hereos, still desperately trying to like it....

Heroes is a current obession with me (as i'm sure you've noticed) and don't think i've enjoyed a show as much in, well to be honest its hard to say - a very long time. Still it does just continue to get better and better - I assume your watching on the BBC - not sure how far they have got - you can't be far from 'Company Man' (episode 17) which for various reasons I think is one of the best episodes for a lot of reasons ? Season 2 has just started in the states and the first two eps have been great - even if it did feel like i was starting mid season - but thats the nature of the heroes arc ..

Butlike anything - its not going to be everyones cup of tea .. Still its managed to hit most of my fanfic flist even if i don find the peter/nathan stuff even more disturbing than usual ...

BBC HD - which makes it a gorgeous picture and it's filmed so beautifully.

Simon loves it, which is part of the reason I'm still watching it. And yeah, I have a soft spot for Peter....

We've just seen episode 14. I'm surprised Simon hasn't started downloading series 2 yet, sure he will soon.

And the Peter/Nathan stuff... yeah, I can understand that. Blame 'Supernatural' - it allowed slash writers to reason the incest thing in their heads and then it's like that line... once you've crossed it....
