I've signed the terms and conditions thingy - not sure if it constitutes a contract or not - but it serves the same purpose. *BUT* of course its all dependant on references and EDS and HBOS both just give standard HR references, also both are being really slow at providing them - probably due to fun and games with there mergers - EDS with HP and HBOS with LLoyds TSB ....
